My point is that the expenses are too much for a start up company. The revenue is immediate but so is the one off cost.
Pay the MD ... Nick ... on the actual profit made on the deals he brings in not on just the deal .
How many deals in the pipe line ... 20-25 at $250k each ... up front !!
Remember he is a major shareholder as well .... so he double dips ... after his snout is in the trough... or is that troff.
All jokes aside .... expenses are too much ... option and share issues to the "circle of friends and sophs" , ... communication is lacking and SH faith in top management is starting to falter.
