Interesting point there - if there is a 'non-binding' agreement and it falls through then would there be any ann on that? The very first news that excited the market was about entry into China to help the Govt stop piracy... well that has never been mentioned again except by posters here and that had a material impact. The news coming from this company is surely not up to the standard required by the ASX and has left many holders totally in the dark and ultimately misled.
