The prospectus states that Nick will receive a $150k bonus if the deal is projected to make more than $5 million in the year (if I recall correctly), this is not on every deal no matter what, so you are wrong there.
Actually the exact words are
Other Fees: sign-on bonus of $150,000 and a performance bonus of $150,000 for each deal signed by TV2u Singapore during the term of the engagement where the forecast revenue in the 12 months after commercial launch of the deal is not less than $5,000,000
The first $150k sign in bonus I believe relates to when he was first made CEO.
