Actually the exact words are

Other Fees: sign-on bonus of $150,000 and a performance bonus of $150,000 for each deal signed by TV2u Singapore during the term of the engagement where the forecast revenue in the 12 months after commercial launch of the deal is not less than $5,000,000

The first $150k sign in bonus I believe relates to when he was first made CEO.

I tried finding this but I am unable to locate it. But under the Remuneration, he got $295k in fees and salary ( I am not sure what it means) but it is modest in the grand scheme of things. He also holds 300mil shares.
