People use Divan right now. The point for the agreement is to help divan expand. All they need to do is launch the collaboration (to my knowledge they're close to launch). I feel like the delay was to add more work on tv2 end that wasn't expected to begin with (drm etc).
Also they can't disclose the full agreement, NDA etc.
The FA of tv2u is to provide the infrastructure for OTT companies(karaoke is like the icing on the cake)
