I have posted this but I'll do it again..

My question was

As per last update that karaoke would launch on Divan from the 25th which is part of our premium content offering which was 3 days ago, does that now mean our Joint venture has commercially launched?
The reason I ask is that on announcement of the joint venture it was stated that Tv2u would be sharing all net revenue 50/50 from the date of commercial launch..

Clarification would be great!

Yes the JV has commercially launched starting with the karaoke service on a 50/50 net revenue basis

Take from this information whatever you like but if they are sharing revenue 50/50 then I'd imagine they are both working together which to me represents a collaboration...
