In fairness though, without receipt of some significant funds ($500k+) in the next 2 months where does it leave the company? Toomai is the only counterparty that has actually committed to a commercial agreement and that is 4 months overdue and may as well be written off. How likely are the "MOU's", "POC's","HOA's" and other non-binding agreements likely to convert to something commercial given the track record so far? In the absence of immediate commercialisation how do you guys expect the company to continue into Q2 and 3?
