Certainly seems like it, forget about the (il)legalities of it though.....if i was looking to buy now, I'd be waiting until after it cools again. The SP will most likely spike tomorrow with a smaller flow on effect on Friday. It'll sucker a number of investors in who will lament another pull back in the coming weeks. CPH has a number of gaps to fill on the way up (and on the way down), and I imagine a bounce tomorrow will be short term(ish). This stock will rise and sustain itself on actual revenue, not an acquisition that fulfills Boaz's performance rights. I may have to recant my earlier post about a CR.....it may happen sooner than I think....what did they buy and for how much? Not enough in the coffers for an acquisition and operating costs.
