I was out some time ago, as I wasn't happy about the last CR (17% discount)

I believe another CR is likely looking at Q4 results (-900k and 3.3m in the bank). Given that the last set of CR investors are now sitting on a 20% loss, a significant discount will have to be provided.

Digging a little deeper, the whole premise of the company was
1) Industrial clients providing recurring revenue (didn't see many announcements on that)
2) Nano membranes (last few sales from Australian subsidiary didn't mention nano membranes)

I am still keeping an eye on the stock - will probably come in after the next CR. The next set of investors would have their eyes open and subscribe at a more realistic price.
