With the influx of money a CR I think will happen once before the end of the year...that gives plenty of time for the SP to appreciate...certain milestones..quarterly updates...further substantial contracts let...means imo a CR may happen 30c-40c plus.It wont happening in this current SP range.It just needs a strong sale uptake without the costs increasing substantially for it to catch on fire...remembering that the US market is still in its early stages of penetration
