What it says in the most basic terms which you may have a slight chance of grasping is that even if there is zero rev growth they are well funded into Q3 or Q4, not next quarter as you said. They also said that the bulk of revenue will be falling next quarter (Q2) as it is only delayed payments so then you can see that they will clearly have above zero rev growth so will be well funded.
