    Overview :
    -$10M+ cash in the bank.
    - Oversubscribed raising. More interest from insto. Retail didn't even get a look.
    -Negative cash flow as per a lot of growth stocks. Yes this is always a valid point in every case. Everyone has to make their own mind up here. Do you see the growth continuing? if not and want to wait till they have more runs on the board then so be it. But you also miss out on the chance while the company is building/expanding in its early stage. Price can be much higher by the time you are comfortable.
    -Past quarter, as read spent more time on cultivating deals.
    -$2M+ net revenue from UNSW deal over 5 years. solid recurring revenue for company of this size. Other top tier educational providers likely looking at this deal. Possible flow on effect.
    -Open creds framework waiting to see how this plays out and the relationship with open universities.
    -CV has caused a shift to online learning platforms. Likely a % of this will see a permanent change. OLL product superior to what is out there.
    -Top qualified board in their fields. Founder lead with feet in the game.
    -Established network of clients they can easily build off.
    -Nimble enough to adapt to new changes/trends.
    -Australia already looking to upskill workers through such methods as short online courses - Should play into OLL's hand.
