    There are also $240k in options outstanding (NC6AJ), with an expiry date of 30 November 21. That's 2.4m at a price of $0.10. Surely, option holders will execute those. I don't see Nanollose raising more than a small amount in the line of previous raises to preserve capital, and if so, it might be to existing holders, sophisticated investors, or a strategic partner (maybe Grasim taking a stake).
