This looks increasingly like an easy takeover target for one of teh big 4 wanting to add to or enter the Embedded network space
$12m market cap for 38k customers or 41k looking at FY21 run rate
That's around $300/customer or less
AGL bought Click for something like $590 per customer, for a much lower quality customer base.
I think Origin paid $58m for OC energy and they got 85k customers? c$680 per customer
That may have been on a cash/debt free basis.
The overhead costs and possibly debt are really hurting LPE
They need to do a serious cost out
