This case study is quite interesting, online betting companies are prime customers for Adveritas' TrafficGuard product. They aggressively push marketing material/offers in order to incentivise new sign ups. Once they have users onboard they milk them for every penny and professional punters/arbitragers are quickly banned from promotional offers and have various stake restrictions placed on their accounts.

I can only assume the betting company featured in this case study is GVC Australia's Ladbrokes. In a seven day timeframe TrafficGuard was able to save the organisation $115,000 USD. The most obvious saving was the $65,000 media spend that would have been lost to invalid traffic.

TrafficGuard identified that a large proportion of this traffic was coming from a handful of IP addresses that kept returning to the site to repeat the trick until they were stopped.TrafficGuard detected this bot activity at the click and was able to exclude those bots from being served future ads.

Additionally TrafficGuard discovered that 23% of all traffic from the campaign was invalid - predominantly generated by bots seeking to collect the bonuses. It makes sense for an organisation such as Ladbrokes to eliminate invalid traffic.
The TrafficGuard product is being used by a number of large and established organisations and it is adding value to business operations. I'd anticipate bookmakers to be well suited towards TrafficGuard's services and to make up a chunk of Adveritas' client base. Secondly, there are very few Ad-Fraud plays on the ASX making AV1 incredibly unique. Go compare it to various other competitors and you will see.

For those of you who understand the TrafficGuard product the value proposition is quite clear and logical. Shareholders can often be impatient wanting constant newsflow and announcements of what organisations are being added to the client base.

Deezer (a TrafficGuard client) is the exclusive global music partner of FitBit (Link 1), seems insignificant but it is also worth noting that FitBit was recently purchased by Google in early 2021. Secondly, current investors should all be quite familiar with AV1's efforts to secure a google partnership for TrafficGuard. TrafficGuard are already working with Google ANZ to increase innovation (Link 2), the video is exactly what shareholders would like to see, It has been posted by TrafficGuard social media (which at this stage doesn't have a large reach) but i think majority investors have disregarded its importance.

I've been a patient holder and will continue to be one.
