If we use the company figures
The spend is circa $750k month
= $9m pa
Transaction income 1.25% Gross
Loan income 19% Gross
So to get to breakeven they need:
Transaction income
200m @ 1.25% = $2.5m
Loan income
$40m @ 19% = $7.6m
So the DW needs to be $30m minimum
The transaction income is currently around $400k pa so this needs to increase 500-600% to breakeven or to well over 1 billion in transaction volume
The other way is to reduce overheads starting with the wages
However, both the transaction income and loan income is a gross figure, if the transaction net income is say 50% of gross they need $2 billion in transaction income pa and if the loan income is more like 50% net or 9.5%pa after costs they will need a $60m DW to break even
Anyway just my thoughts to digest and discuss
