well they had 3m end of last quarter , and the same this quarter after raising 3-4m in between - so that says it all. There is never much sell down as insiders own the stock, hence hardly trades - capital raise due soon as current money won't last till next quarter. Think it may go private and will get the votes as not many held by general public.
