This is not related to SMN exclusively because they all do it. We know CR are necessary, but to highlight it that it should be something to be proud of really bugs me. It's generally a result of not selling enough stuff. With the discounts they have to give and the fees they pay it's generally nothing to be proud of. Do it at a premium? Ok pat yourself on the back.
