oh the number of times I've heard "the market just doesn't get it yet" argument.
To offer the counter argument*:
- There is more than a week before NEGI result is announced (Perhaps more than two). That's time for the price to drop further before the result is announced.
- Once it is announced it is likely to be 36 months before the pipeline opens (and we all know it could run late!)
