October last year was also when IDC commenced the adit.

If anyone wanted to “protest” that the work was “illegal" then October last year would have been the time to do so.

October last year was also when these LO’s demanded IDC fast track the LIS, before further work could take place (according to this article). At that time, the LIS was NOT completed, nor was the benefit sharing agreement and therefore the mining licence.

IDC did not mention anything about the progress of the adit until their December Qtrly, saying .... “Planned drilling and portal development was temporarily halted during the Christmas-New Year period to allow for the completion of the LIS which had over 400 people on-site".

In the March Qrtly, IDC said work on the adit was halted because..”various finance discussions are underway” and mentioned “The final stage of the Landowner Investigation Study (LIS) was completed on-site at the Mt Kare Gold Project in January 2014”..so probably couldn’t use the previous “LIS excuse” again.

Last year the adit was halted because of the 400 people on site over Xmas/New Year, this year because various finance discussions – that’s 6 months of “halts” for a variety of reasons. Can you be certain the reasons are not tied into the (then) disgruntled LO’s, as per the article?

“The Mount Kare Landowners are very keen to Mt Kare to begin mining.”...of course they are NOW that the LIS is completed and their concerns re profit sharing seem to have been addressed (becoming shareholders). Now that these two issues seem to have been addressed, the ML could be next.

If the article is correct and the damage to buildings and equipment has occurred, that should have been advised to shareholders, IMO.
