Agree, SHOULD have been granted before commencement of the adit, but where does IDC mentioned it WAS granted?

If the "rampage" and destruction of company equipment/property occurred - no matter by which clan (the true LO's or the wanabee LO's) - that should have been advised via an ASX announcement. The equipment/property destroyed was funded by shareholders - how is that not relevant?
