Paul I'm not sure this once annual payment is correct. Or at least we are thinking about it differently.
My understanding is the CTP are being paid for the gas consumed one month in arrears. However, to the extent that the customer doesn't use gas up to the agreed quantity they make a annual payment in January to CTP. This doesn't represent the full gas sales, just the compensation due to CTP for having gas available if it was required (which it wasn't).
Keen to see your thoughts.
