RC says: "Palm Valley remains on 24 hour standby to underpin Central’s ability to supply NT gas in the event of a gas supply disruption."

Next stage is to turn PV into a lung - that breathes in as well as out by installing compressors. Pump some of the dry gas currently reinjected into Mereenie into Palm Valley. Same for any of the excess in the Take or Pay with NTP&G and Dingo. Optimise production at both.

Time for some black arts. No one will really know how much is going to PV - the new compressors could be on an hour a week or flat out. It has its own reserves and is receiving from two sources. The longer it inhales the more it is worth, which can be monetised, notably the PV residual gas.
