No way they could do a CR at the moment. They would for a start need some positive news to do the CR and the only news anyone cares about is the finance approval.

I think they will have to take the additional funding from Noble.

My thoughts are why would Noble offer them more money if there was no chance of getting it back? Noble would be well aware of how the negotiations are going as they now have board members.

Noble group as a whole are not in a great financial position, they would not be throwing money at a project that was going no where.

OR they could be playing a long game with an eye of just taking ownership of the whole thing. You just never know with RES
