Either way you read it, it's a significant de-risk and a step in the right direction. Just got to wait for the next step now and hopefully that will come before CR. Looking at the charts there's a lot of new money that has come in on the announcement and the volume has dropped off with the recent price decline- which technically is a good thing. To me just means more waiting
