Not sure that it's saying Klebb 4 has been 'dewatered' . . . more likely would appear Klebb 4 not meeting its planned objectives re shielding and overall dewatering contribution, and thus a further impediment to the project's overall progress. Anyone care to elaborate further re significance of this aspect?
