re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report & Append... X trading, a major broker is accumulating - obviously it is for someone other than the bid buyer. Could be two parties are chasing for shares. This is the best situation, neither can sit and wait. I expect the SP to move strongly to 15c. And then is game on!
On balance. It could be a pump and dump for the 10m shares recently subscribed.
