Thanks for the good and balanced post. Unlike the continuous repetition of one particular paragraph used by others, (Spamming that is), which means very little indeed as there is nothing concrete and definite about anything.
I.e. "
Better that what was anticipated", (contrary to what someone has alluded to), it doesn't mean that it was all good sailings.......... to the contrary as a matter of facts....It is just some political talk...that's all.
Yep.......we need some injection of capital (serious capital that is), and the quarterly is a warning of what's to come.
Besides, if a JV partner will come in, they would want something in return thus reducing our present and future assets value (For the existing shareholders that is).
Funny though, that while there have been other parties having a good and serious look at what we have in the data room and to our books, (or so we have been told), no one has made a move to counter attack the move made by MQG, nor MQG improving their offer either.
After all, if the things were as good as we believe they are, and if MQG was worried about a competitor jumping in and take it away from them, they wouldn't have wasted anytime at all in making a much greater offer.
Would They Not.??
Obviously they don't have and/or show any concerns.
