CNX was encouraged by successive QLD gov to construct a scaled down plant (BLOODWOOD Creek) at a tiny cost of $150 million ......to prove the technology....and they have no confirmed that the keyseam process is 100% clean, safe & effective....now that the endless delays & hoops that we've been required to jump through...we are bankrupt & in administration. Oh....and the chinese interests have bought in big time for 'zero cost' just as the 'goliath economy' begins embrace the process. We were on the verge of a multi million dollar business opportunity in China and now we're stuffed. CSIRO patented the technology and also owned shares in CNX. If the directors deserve any blame at all....they should have contracted the QLD gov to fund or at least partially fund Bloodwood Creek then we'd be in a different financial position. Who would have thought that we'd be 'white anted' by our own kind ?The chinese (ever the business winners) saw how much potential the keyseam process could offer them (utilising vast quantities of their un-minable coal ) providing clean power to over a billion people and swooped in. They're smart......QLD is dumb...cost us all heaps and the chinese are quietly giggling (along with all now owning a sizeable chunk of prime properties in Sydney & Melbourne right under our noses too.) Oh yeah...they also own vast acreages of prime farming land including dairies, wineries etc....too.

Sad but so true - our beloved country is being (or has been) sold out for at least 30+ years. Do you realise most of the quality cotton goods coming from China are being made from old industrial machines that started life in Melbourne around 1920? Shame on us really but where will it all end?
