    I suspect its the latter Oreb (ie: they never intended on developing GHN). And by 'they', I mean previous management. My guess is thats what ultimatley led to the inglorious falling out.

    The 500kt scooping study on Groundhog Central may have been pre-Atrum? Not sure.
