It is quite obvious that the JV won't happen until we get approvals to drill, which isn't happening in a hurry, we will get screwed over royally in the JV because we need them more than they need us, anyway I don't believe a word they say anymore and now they need money again for the drilling that has been funded for a good few times already, actually they need money just to survive before they even contemplate drilling.
