    When did CTP announce 10PJ of 2P attributed to PV13?

    10 PJ is a bloody good and highly economic result for a single well anyway and - especially in a field like PV that's so heavily depleted. PV13 was never going to prove up 127 PJ, if you thought it would you must not be familiar with the process of reserves certification.
