2. With flush production, it's difficult to know how the field will perform. At 4TJ / 48TJ, I have 8% versus your 12%. In anycase, workovers with the already communicated 10m self-sustaining / maintenance capex will remedy this.
3. I say it's great news, as lack of news flow was worry me a little bit. However the comments were reassuring that the GSA(s) will be executed in the coming weeks. How is that not great news?
4. I don't know what you're referring to here - you seem a bit off topic! I was referring to the alignment of refinancing with the farmout - having worked on transactions where we we have sold billions of pounds of assets with senior & junior debt facilities involved, trust me, alignment of timing makes these things a lot more simple.
In anycase, CTP continues to hum along, paying down debt and building a long term, value accretive plan.
In you're not happy with CTP, instead of voting against all motions - just sell up your holdings. And sleep easier.
