It's beyond me Justin...I really don't understand why after all...

It's beyond me Justin...I really don't understand why after all these years, people are still here complaining and wanting to roll refreshed boards and management. This is oil and gas. It's risky business and it was even riskier 10 years ago when they had no connection to the east coast. It was a big gamble.

In terms of CTP's plan going forward, I'm curious to how it will unfold and what indicative numbers they are expecting. We know they are aiming for:

1. Fully funded farmin for c$51m covering 5 high-grade exploration drills and 2 appraisal wells
2. Cash consideration for a part sell down of interests.

Initially, I was a little skeptical of 2. selling down some interests. But the more the I think about it, the more it makes sense for a couple of obvious reasons:

1. It will provide an interesting "look through" value which should show a significant deviation from our enterprise value.
2. If the drilling program is successful, it will result in higher output and lower transportation costs (i.e. increased margin) and we will likely have a higher output than we currently do now.
3. Rebalance our financial commitments. We have large commitments with respect to Range on a go-forward basis. Management have indicated they are applying for additional CSG tenements for the domestic gas program and currently, we have little financial capacity to do so. The farmout / farmdown will remedy this.

I hope management are also looking at farming down Southern Georgina (i.e. the Total blocks) that we farmed down in 2012. I don't think we can afford to do much with this ourselves currently... does anyone have any knowledge on prospectivity of the remaining blocks outside Amadeus basin?
