Now, at what price are the O&G companies in the USA selling their gas for.??

That IMO is a very very big worry as it could influence what the future prices will be in Australia.

Besides there are talks that the big LNG plants in Australia are nor under extreme pressure in trying to keep the original price of LNG exported to the previous levels. Are they not or is someone telling us porkies.??

I am not complaining for the sake of complaining, as I am simply calling a spade a spade.

This company has reached a stalemate and it is not going to go anywhere fast due to the fact that they have not been able to refinance the loan................................(as they said they would times and times again). And the reasons are.???

Now, if you are to read what they told us, they are telling us that they will try and refinance it next year in September 2021 with most probably a bigger loan than the one we currently have, but they are also telling us that they will have to increase the repayments with Mac Bank. By the way did they tell us at what rates the new interest rates are.??

Hence why, as I said before I made the decision to sell down about 80% of my holdings as I can't see anything improving for at least the next twelve months. Plenty of time to reload (If and When), before then IMO.

I suppose you will remind me if I made the wrong decision when the time will come in the next six or twelve months.
