Not sure where you are getting your information from but the proposed timeline to full Phase 1 production remains unchanged.

They only deferred the start of Phase 1a because of Covid delayed equipment which meant the BA part of the project would run at a loss for several quarters.

All that has happened is that the start will be a little later but bigger than the phase 1a start so that it matches the original plan and production. So its the same production output as the slow ramp up production output.

I personally would like to see them go bigger
