    Looking at the chart there had been a fair bit of supply under 20 cents , which wicks confirmed. Wicks have been filled with momentum trading around 20 cents now with increased volume. Overhead supply from here is decreased allowing the sp to move forward more freely forward .FME is getting set for a major move forward it seems but much depends on the quality of expected near term news released, but in term of TA this is set and ready.
