Also how long does it take to assess a bolt-on helium recovery unit? What on earth is left to assess? Every day they delay that helium is drifting away into the atmosphere, to be lost forever.
This isn't some brand new tech that needs R&D. It's well-established, well-understood technology with an established supplier.
They've done essentially nothing this quarter except re-finance the loan and even that was post-quarter end.
