Also who said that things are moving quick re Isabel...no-one as far as I am aware, so that point is redundant.

What has our "ties" to the S.I. Govt got to do with the application? Are you saying that the SIG should bypass or ignore regulations or their own due diligence to hurry this through because they have "strong ties" to Axiom or RM? That wouldn't be correct or wise would it?
