hey matty - might be stating the obvious here - but if your sentiment is sell and you hold then why don't you sell?

I'm not sure what more you want the quarterly to say. It's quite clear we have applied for a PL and are waiting for that to come through. Short of them saying "hey guys we have applied for a PL and are expecting it in the post on Wednesday 4th May so don't worry we got you covered" I don't think there is anything else for them to comment on. If either a) the PL hasn't been granted in say 6-8 weeks time and or b) it gets rejected then I would expect an update on what the next move is. As was stated in the note all the hard work has been done for Kolosori so whats the big deal of waiting a bit longer to get that dusted off properly?
