I think seals is on the money.
Rfc likely had to push it down to get their clients in.
From 18.5 continued buying would have seen it past their target of 22c.
The mineral sands turnaround story is just beginning.
When illuka is $12 -$15 again then we can look at 50-70c on base.
I have been poor at getting in and out so I am just waiting for the big moves.
