    Even worse....another even more stupidly designed well. Why not horizontal? The last 2 verticals had very low flow rates. Its a candidate for horizontal to try to intersect as many fracture systems as possible. whether they flow high enough rates only testing eill tell but a Vertical is only a 2% probability of success if that.
