What I neglected to mention was that if the negotiations are moving towards end stage, then execution of the agreement should happen within weeks. However, if the negotiations are at the initial stage of negotiating the issues on the issues list (note: the agreed issues are what the terms and conditions of the agreement are predicated on) then it could take many, many months before reaching the end stage.
The announcements are reporting different facts, which have materially different time frames.
The question : 1. 88E is at the end stage of the FO agreement, execution with a week or two; or 2. 88E is at the initial stage of the FO agreement, which could take many, many months before reaching the end stage?
