IMO there’s nothing wrong with emailing Management, shareholders are entitled to do so.

Though I would suggest doing the following before emailing:
1 - Conduct thorough research to see if the answer is already out there.
2 - Message other shareholders to see if they can assist. The HotCopper community is fantastic for this!

IMO if you have exhausted the above points and still don’t have an answer, then you are well within your right to email Management. Whether you share managements reply is up to you or not. I for one enjoy sharing the information as it often adds value to the community we are building amongst IVZ shareholders.
