My contact in RSA (R) RSA believes that the Zim Government is trying to produce a universal PSA that can be used as guide by other potential investors. If that information is correct, then the delay to finalising a PSA with IVZ is not necessarily IVZ related. Personally, I feel comfortable that the IVZ management will expedite finalisation of the document if it has the potential to delay or impact on the drilling programme. Patience will be rewarded and, I expect, handsomely.
