So in actual fact we would be better off without a PSA and its really only a gesture of good faith so that ends the PSA speculation with a full stop. I hope its never signed......
I asked about a potential LSE listing, I don't believe it will happen apparently its expensive and has onerous compliance.
Given that I assume the OTC listing would enable North American "significant interest" to participate in a cr one can assume there will be a cr in the future.
Farm in or go alone.
The new seismic has them " pretty excited " with what they have so far.
I don't think there will be a solid farm in offer considered, IF they consider one at all I think it will be for far less WI but still free carry, until they have the full processing completed which I think may come early in the new year.
Any farm down done now will be on IVZ's terms not, as normal the other way around which bodes well for us.
I still think, especially with the OTC listing, that we will raise the cash and go it alone.
IVZ is just under 11 US cents atm, I can't see them bothering with OTC unless there was a very good reason because as we know they could raise the $$ required here easily IMO.
