As a new shareholder of 88, too bloody right I'm hoping Pantheon have a win... We are next door neighbours and share the same geology.
Will i be disappointed if 88 raise more capital, should Pantheon find and flow a shed load of good quality oil? Short answer is no. In fact, I'd want the CR done asap so they can crack on with drilling.
What is the rough numbers for successful exploration drills, 1 in 10??? Its been a while since I've personally been involved with an exploration well.
Investing in 88 is a massive punt, no question. if Pantheon don't find what they're looking for, how much will this have cost 88? As far as I'm aware, not a cent. Personally, I much prefer investing in a company who has neighbours who are actively drilling...
If drilling and finding commercial oil was easy, there would be no oil left - fact.
