    there is a YouTube video from yesterday with Paul saying exactly that. they expect to be setting charges for their first stop next week, and a new tailings dam to be completed in October. I think he say 18 August the new design is ready for permitting, and that the govt has been proactive solving this hurdle. it's on YouTube, proactive investor, seems like Paul gets on there every few months.
