wouldn't the feed stock be lower grade at this point, as it is essentially incidental material from the construction of declines etc? is there a reason there would be lower recoveries if it is good ore they are putting through? are recovery rates something that is easily fixed by improved working methods? or does it usually require more infrastructure and $$?
