re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report December... FatManWalking, like you suggested, you have probably missed plenty imo when you talk about an annualised 104,000 ounces gold production at Chatree.
For example from the quarterly:
"Following a strong finish to the half year to December 2011, Kingsgate is forecasting stronger production in the second half of the year to 30 June 2012 following the successful commissioning of the Chatree North expansion.
Full year total gold production is expected to be in the range of 210,000 to 230,000 ounces. This includes
115,000 to 125,000 ounces from Chatree and between 95,000 to 105,000 ounces from Challenger."
My comment:
To be brief, gold production from Chatree for the first 6 months was 40,463 ounces. So we are looking at Chatree gold production ramping up to 75,000 to 85,000 ounces in the next 6 months. I don't think that's too bad. Nor does the market. The KCN share price continues to jump.
